Mawlānā Mifta Haque completed the ʿālimiyyah programme at Jāmiʿat al-ʿIlm waʾl-Hudā (Dār al-ʿUlūm, Blackburn), then pursued further study in uṣūl al-ḥadīth at Madrasat al-ʿUlūm al-Sharʿiyyah in South Africa and at the Whitethread Institute, where he also studied advanced fiqh. He now teaches at Dār al-ʿUlūm al-Ṭaḥāwiyyah in London.
